Terms and Conditions of Use for Acreo

By downloading or using the Acreo application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the application.

1. License Acreo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application on your Apple devices, subject to the one-time payment made on the App Store.

2. Financial Disclaimer (IMPORTANT) Acreo is a tool for recording, organizing, and calculating.

• No Financial Advice: The information, future projections, and savings recommendations provided by the app (including those generated by Apple Intelligence) are for informational and educational purposes only.
• No Guarantees: Financial projections are based on mathematical estimates and the data you input. They do not guarantee actual future results.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Acreo and its developers are not liable for financial losses, failed investments, or decisions made based on the data displayed in the application.

3. Privacy and Data Acreo values your privacy. We do not have access to your financial data; it resides on your device and in your personal iCloud account. Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments and Refunds Acreo is a Paid Upfront application (one-time purchase).

• All transactions are processed directly by Apple through the App Store.
• We do not process payments nor do we have access to your banking information.
• Any refund requests must be managed directly with Apple Support, in accordance with their refund policies.

5. Appropriate Use and Age Restrictions The application is rated 4+ on the App Store due to the safe nature of its content. However:

• Using the application for financial management implies contractual capacity. Use by minors is understood to be under the supervision and consent of their parents or legal guardians.

6. Intellectual Property All design, source code, graphics, and logos of Acreo are the exclusive intellectual property of the developers. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the application's code.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them, unless applicable consumer law mandatorily provides otherwise.
