This Privacy Policy describes how Acreo ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. We firmly believe that your financial data belongs solely to you. Therefore, we have designed Acreo following the "privacy by design" principle.

1. Data Collection Acreo does not collect, transmit, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII) to our servers or third parties.

• We do not require user registration (No Login).
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use third-party behavioral analytics or advertising tools.

2. Data Storage and Synchronization (iCloud) All data you enter into Acreo is stored locally on your device. To provide synchronization across your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac), Acreo uses Apple CloudKit.

• Your data is stored in your private iCloud container.
• We (the developers) do not have access to your data. Only you, authenticated with your Apple ID, can access this information.
• The security and privacy of this cloud-stored data are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Data Processing and Apple Intelligence Acreo includes financial projection features and savings recommendations using local algorithms and, on supported devices, Apple Intelligence.

• All data processing for these projections and recommendations occurs on-device or through Apple’s secure Private Cloud Compute infrastructure.
• Acreo does not send your financial data to external third-party AI servers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic).

4. Third Parties The application does not include third-party SDKs (Software Development Kits) for advertising, analytics, or tracking. We do not share information with any external entity.

5. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy occasionally to reflect functional changes (for example, if we add new features). We will notify you of any material changes through the App Store or within the application itself.
